Refund & Cancellation Policy

Website: https://vabl.com.au

Consumer rights come first

Nothing in this policy limits rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where a consumer guarantee is not met, the appropriate remedy can include repair, replacement, cancellation, refund or compensation, depending on the circumstances.

Identify the supplier

Check the seller or service provider on your receipt or order confirmation. BoxSafe may process a transaction for a league, organiser or seller. Start a request with that supplier or BoxSafe support so it can be directed to the responsible party.

Merchandise and uniforms

For faulty goods, incorrect items, goods that do not match their description or other consumer-guarantee issues, contact the supplier with your order details and a description of the problem. Ask the supplier before returning goods so an appropriate return method and any required costs can be arranged.

Changes of mind and sizing

A change-of-mind, size exchange or cancellation request is assessed under the policy disclosed by the supplier when you purchased. This page does not introduce a new return window, restocking fee or blanket exclusion. Personalised, preorder and made-to-order items remain subject to applicable consumer guarantees.

Registration, courses and digital services

Refund requests depend on the service purchased, what has been supplied, the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. Accessing a course or processing a registration does not remove non-excludable consumer rights. Report duplicate or incorrect payments with the relevant transaction details.

Events, tickets and cancellations

If an event is cancelled, postponed, relocated or materially changed, contact the organiser or ticket supplier. Your entitlement depends on the circumstances, applicable law and the terms of that purchase. This policy does not promise that every schedule change is refundable or exclude refunds that the law requires.

How to request a remedy

Provide your order number, purchase date, item or service and a concise explanation through the contact shown on your receipt, the website Contact page or BoxSafe support. Keep receipts and relevant evidence. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive medical records through a general enquiry.
